I have provided ongoing mental health treatment to many adults who are undergoing life change in North Texas since 2010. I adapt and create a safe environment for trauma work, relationship support and various abuse problems. Biblical faith values, Trauma interventions, Insight oriented therapy, and Calming Strategies that increase the capacity for the mind and body to heal are common in my daily practice. In person services for adults are provided in North Texas near Coit and Hwy 380.
